某大高宽比框支转换住宅结构设计

[摘要]武汉华润万象城住宅5#楼建筑高度174.15m,为超B级高度超限高层,采用部分框支剪力墙结构体系。转换层以上采用剪力墙多筒体结构体系,解决了大高宽比结构抗侧刚度不足的问题,且有效控制了剪力墙最大厚度。介绍了该工程抗震性能化设计的原则及方法、基础设计、整体弹性计算结果、罕遇地震作用下的动力弹塑性分析结果。此外对设计中的一些关键问题:包括剪力墙多筒体结构的布置、偏心转换梁的模型简化、转换构件的分析设计等做了深入阐述,验证了设计的合理性和安全性。

Structural design of a frame-support conversion residential building with large height-to-width ratio

Abstract:Wuhan MIXC Residential Building 5# with 174.15m height is a high-rise building beyond B-level height,and the partial frame-support shear wall system is used. The shear wall multi-tube structural system is used for main structure that above the transfer storey, which can solve the problem of insufficient lateral stiffness of structure with large height-to-width ratio and effectively controls the maximum thickness of the shear wall. The principles and methods of performance-based seismic design, the foundation design, the overall elasticity calculation results, the dynamic elastic-plastic analysis results under rare earthquake were introduced. In addition, several key problems were deeply discussed, such as the layout of shear wall multi-tube structure, model simplification of accentual transfer beam, the design and analysis of transfer member, which verifies the rationality and safety of the design.
