[摘要]深圳某证券公司总部大楼结构高度为201.4m,采用钢框架-混凝土核心筒结构体系,属于超B级复杂超高层超限结构。本塔楼结构南北立面设置全楼贯通的空腔,造成了外框梁的局部缺失。对该结构在水平和竖向荷载作用下受力机制进行深入研究。结果表明:论证了在外框有所削弱的情况下结构抗侧性能仍能满足设计要求;同时南北立面带空腔的框架在竖向荷载作用下具有足够的安全度,变形也在合理范围内。采用LS-DYNA软件对结构进行大震动力弹塑性时程分析,结果表明,在罕遇地震作用下结构各构件的抗震性能满足性能目标,结构整体能够满足“大震不倒”的要求,并对局部构件进行了合理的加强,确保结构具有更好的抗震及抗风性能。

Design and analysis of the special frame of the headquarters building of a securities company in Shenzhen

Abstract:The headquarters building of a securities company in Shenzhen has a structural height of 208m, and adopts a steel frame-concrete core tube structure system, which belongs to the super B-class complex super high-rise over-limit structure. The south and north fa-ades of the tower structure are provided with cavities that penetrate the entire building, resulting in partial lack of outer frame beams. In-depth study of the structure’s force mechanism under horizontal and vertical loads. The results show that it is demonstrated that the lateral performance of the structure can still meet the design requirements even when the outer frame is weakened. At the same time, the frame with cavities on the north and south facades has sufficient safety under the action of vertical loads, and the deformation is within a reasonable range. The LS-DYNA software was used to analyze the elasto-plastic time-history of the structure under rare earthquake. The results show that the seismic performance of each component of the structure meets the performance target under the action of rare earthquake, and the structure as a whole can meet the requirements of “not falling under rare earthquake”. Reasonable reinforcement has been given to local components to ensure that the structure has better seismic and wind resistance.
