门式刚架抗风柱与钢梁下翼缘连接问题及改进

[摘要]对门式刚架抗风柱与山墙钢梁下翼缘通过竖向长圆孔螺栓连接进行受力分析,对端开间檩条不同情况下风荷载系数取值进行比较。结果表明,风荷载作用下,抗风柱与钢梁下翼缘通过竖向长圆孔螺栓连接时,山墙钢梁受扭,端开间檩条受拉,连接节点会产生较大内力。若采用抗风柱与钢梁下翼缘通过竖向长圆孔螺栓连接的方法,则应根据风荷载和山墙钢梁高度大小,在端开间抗风柱对应位置设垂直支撑、斜向刚性系杆或斜撑;否则,应采取以下措施:对连接节点进行承载力验算;通过适当加大翼缘宽度、翼缘和腹板的厚度使其具有一定的强度富余;在抗风柱位置布置檩条;双坡屋面两边檐口附近的端开间檩条及单坡屋面低区檐口附近的端开间檩条,在受荷面积不小于10m2且设计由风吸力作用控制时,应适当加大其截面。

Problem and improvement of connection between wind-resistant column of portal frame and lower flange of steel beam

Abstract:The mechanical analysis of the wind-resistant column of the portal frame and the lower flange of the gable steel beam connected through the vertical oblong hole bolts was carried out, and the wind load coefficient values of the purlins between the end splits were compared under different conditions. The results show that under the action of wind load, when the wind-resistant column and the lower flange of the steel beam are connected by vertical oblong hole bolts, the gable steel beam is torsioned, the purlins between the end splits are stretched, and the connection nodes generate a large internal force. If the wind-resistant column and the lower flange of the steel beam are connected by vertical oblong hole bolts, vertical supports, diagonal rigid tie rods or diagonal bracings should be set at the corresponding position of the wind-resistant column of the end splits according to the wind load and the height of the gable steel beam; otherwise, the following measures should be taken: the bearing capacity of the connection nodes should be checked; appropriately increasing the width of the flange, the thickness of the flange and the web to make it have a certain degree of strength; the purlins should be arranged at the position of the wind-resistant column; the cross-sections of the purlins near the cornices on both sides of the double-slope roof and the purlins near the cornices in the low area of the single-slope roof shall be appropriately enlarged when the load area is not less than 10m2 and the design is controlled by wind suction.
