基于压电波动法的套筒灌浆质量缺陷识别研究*

摘 要

[摘要]针对套筒灌浆质量缺陷,提出一种基于压电波动法的套筒灌浆质量缺陷监测方法。设计并制作了一组存在不同类型灌浆质量缺陷的灌浆套筒,利用压电陶瓷功能元展开灌浆质量缺陷识别监测试验。以传感器接收信号幅值和能量值两种信号特征参量为研究对象,提出基于监测信号幅值和小波包能量值的变异系数缺陷识别指标CV和ECV。结果表明:有、无灌浆质量缺陷状态下两种缺陷识别指标都表现出明显的差异性,提出的两种缺陷识别指标对套筒灌浆质量缺陷都具有良好的识别性和敏感性,判别结果与事先模拟的套筒灌浆质量缺陷情况相吻合。最后,利用提出的灌浆质量缺陷监测方法对一装配式剪力墙进行套筒灌浆质量监测评估,并对评估结果进行实际剖切验证,证明了本文提出的利用压电陶瓷的灌浆质量缺陷监测方法在实际结构中的适用性。

Research on recognition of sleeve grouting quality defects based on piezoelectric wave method

Abstract: Aiming at the quality defects of sleeve grouting, a method for monitoring sleeve grouting quality defects based on piezoelectric wave method was proposed. A group of grouting sleeves with different types of grouting quality defects were designed and fabricated, and the identification and monitoring tests of grouting quality defects were carried out using piezoelectric ceramic functional elements. Taking two signal characteristic parameters of the sensor received signal amplitude and energy value as the research object, the coefficient of variation defect identification indicators CV and ECV based on the monitored signal amplitude and wavelet packet energy value were proposed. The results show that, with or without grouting quality defects, the two defect identification indicators show obvious differences, indicating that the two defect identification indicators proposed have good recognition and sensitivity to the sleeve grouting quality defects, and the identification results are consistent with the previously simulated quality defects of sleeve grouting. Finally, the proposed grouting quality defect monitoring method was used to monitor and evaluate the quality of sleeve grouting for an assembled shear wall, and the evaluation results were verified by slitting sleeves, which proves that the grouting quality defect monitoring method using piezoelectric ceramics proposed in this paper is feasible in the actual structure.
