[摘要]通过对3个不同榫卯构造的试件开展直剪试验,研究了榫卯构造对接缝受力性能的影响。结果表明,榫卯接缝构造合理,整体性良好;水平连接钢筋伸入榫卯接缝凹槽内长度为10倍钢筋直径时,在试件达到峰值荷载前水平连接钢筋受拉屈服,未出现滑移或锚固失效迹象;榫卯构造对榫卯接缝受力性能影响显著,增大纵向孔洞截面可提高开裂荷载、开裂位移和峰值位移,但降低了接缝刚度;当榫卯接缝纵向孔洞内侧与横向凹槽底部在同一平面时,增大纵向孔洞截面对承载力影响较小。

Experimental study on shear behavior of mortise-tenon joints with various details by direct-shear tests

Abstract:The direct-shear tests of three specimens with different mortise-tenon joints were conducted to study the influence of mortise-tenon detail on mechanical properties of joints. The results show that mortise-tenon detail is reasonable and the integrity is good. When the length of the horizontal connecting rebar extending into the groove of mortise-tenon joint is 10 times the diameter of the steel rebar, the horizontal connecting rebar yields in tension without any slipping or anchoring failure before the specimen reaches the peak load. The mortise-tenon detail has significant influence on the mechanical properties of mortise-tenon joints. The crack load, crack displacement and peak displacement are increased with the increase of the section of vertical holes, while the stiffness of mortise-tenon joint is decreased. When the inner side of vertical hole and the bottom of transverse groove is in the same plane, there are less effects of increasing section of vertical hole on the bearing capacity.
