[摘要]为实现集装箱模块建筑基础的全装配式,研究了螺旋钢桩基础在该类型建筑中应用的可行性。总结了钢结构螺旋钢桩的应用现状、承载力计算方法、防腐措施等。研究了二层集装箱模块建筑在设防烈度为8度(0.2g),特征周期Tg分别为0.2,0.3,0.4,0.45,0.55,0.65s的地震工况和基本风压w0分别为0.5,0.6,0.7,0.8,0.9kPa的风荷载控制工况下,螺旋钢桩基础的受力及选型。根据螺旋钢桩基础受力特点,增加了预应力柔性拉杆,实现了基础架空层的整体性,增强了螺旋钢桩整体稳定性;在该新型基础中使用标准短柱、全螺栓连接构造方式,可提高其加工效率,真正意义上实现100%建筑装配式。

Research on application technology of steel screw piles foundation in container modular building

Abstract:In order to realize the fully assembled foundation of container modular building, the feasibility of the application in steel screw piles foundation in this type of building was studied. The application status, calculation method of bearing capacity and anti-corrosion measures of steel screw piles foundation were summarized. The force and type selection of the steel screw piles foundation of the two-story container modular building under the seismic condition with the intensity of 8 degree(0.2g), characteristic period Tg of 0.2,0.3,0.4,0.45,0.55,0.65s and the wind load condition with the wind pressure w0 of 0.5,0.6,0.7,0.8,0.9kPa respectively were studied. According to the mechanical characteristics of the steel screw piles foundation, the pre-stressed flexible tie rod was added to realize the integrity of the foundation overhead layer and enhance the overall stability of the steel screw piles,the standardized design of short column and all bolt connection structure used in this new kind of foundation can improve the processing efficiency and realize 100% building assembly.
