输电线路杆塔结构及基础系统可靠度的优化分配*

[摘要]输电线路结构系统可靠度在各子系统之间的合理分配,是输电线路结构系统可靠度研究的热点问题之一。根据某±800kV同塔双回路输电线路的工程实例,在对输电线路杆塔结构及基础可靠度进行计算分析的基础上,建立了输电线路杆塔结构、基础的成本与相应结构可靠度之间的函数关系;基于经济指标的约束条件,对输电线路杆塔结构及基础系统可靠度的优化分配进行了计算分析。结果表明,该工程在满足成本的约束条件下,杆塔结构和基础分配的可靠度可分别达到3.7和4.2以上,输电线路杆塔结构及基础系统可靠度可达到3.7以上,满足现行规范《工程结构可靠性设计统一标准》(GB 50153—2008)规定的目标可靠度的要求。

Optimal allocation for the system reliability of transmission line tower structure and foundation

Abstract:The reasonable distribution of the reliability of the transmission line structure system among the various subsystems was one of the hot issues in the study of the reliability of the transmission line structure system. According to an engineering example of a ±800kV double-circuit transmission line on the same tower, based on the calculation and analysis of the transmission line tower structure and foundation reliability, the function of the transmission line tower structure and foundation cost and the corresponding structural reliability was established. Based on the constraints of economic indicators, the optimization distribution of the transmission line tower structure and the reliability of the basic system was calculated and analyzed. The results show that the reliability of the tower structure and foundation distribution of the project can reach 3.7 and 4.2 or more under the cost constraints, and the reliability of the transmission line tower structure and the foundation system can reach 3.7 or more, which meet the requirements of target reliability stipulated in Unified standard for reliability design of engineering structures(GB 50153—2008).
