成都某超B级复杂高层塔楼结构设计

[摘要]成都某项目为超B级高度的复杂高层建筑,存在扭转不规则、楼板局部不连续、穿层柱、斜柱、核心筒剪力墙收进的抗震不利情况。设计中采用了基于性能的抗震设计方法,根据结构重要性提出了高于性能D、低于性能C的抗震性能目标,对结构进行了小震弹性分析及弹性时程分析、中震及大震的等效弹性分析和弹塑性分析。分析结果表明,结构整体和各构件的抗震性能均能达到设计的预期目标。对于核心筒收进位置的竖向构件,通过计算分析及构造措施加强,可以确保结构构件满足设定的抗震性能目标。

Structural design of a super B-level complex high-rise tower in Chengdu

Abstract:A project in Chengdu is a complex high-rise building with super B-level height. There are unfavorable seismic conditions such as irregular torsion, partial discontinuity of floor slabs, cross-story columns, inclined columns and core tube shear walls setback. The performance-based seismic design method was adopted in the design. According to the importance of the structure, the target of seismic performance higher than performance D and lower than performance C was proposed. The structure was analyzed for small earthquake elasticity and elastic time history analysis, moderate and large earthquakes equivalent elastic analysis and elastoplastic analysis. The analysis results show that the seismic performance of the structure as a whole and each component can reach the expected goal of the design. For the vertical components in the setback position of the core tube, calculation analysis and structural measures are strengthened to ensure that the structural components meet the set seismic performance targets.
