新型预制混凝土组合管柱抗震性能试验研究

[摘要]基于后插纵筋连接和后插纵筋套橡胶管两种连接方式,制作了由预制混凝土管桩作为预制管并在其核心浇筑混凝土的新型预制混凝土组合管柱,研究了不同连接方式的试件在低周往复荷载作用下的破坏现象、滞回曲线、骨架曲线、承载力、变形和延性。结果表明:两种连接方式的管柱均先在梁端出现裂缝,然后在节点区出现裂缝,最终节点破坏造成承载力下降,而柱身并未出现裂缝;两种连接方式的管柱滞回曲线呈现梭形,滞回环饱满,耗能能力良好;两种连接方式的管柱承载力接近,延性系数和弹塑性层间位移角满足规范的要求,变形能力良好;新型预制混凝土组合管柱的抗震性能较好,但在设计时应该对节点进行加强。

Experimental study of seismic behavior of new precast concrete composite pipe column

Abstract:Based on the two connection modes of post-insertion longitudinal reinforcement and post-insertion longitudinal reinforcement with rubber hose, a new type of precast concrete composite pipe column with precast concrete pipe piles as precast pipes and concrete pouring at the core was fabricated. And the damage phenomenon, hysteresis curve, skeleton curve, bearing capacity, deformation and ductility of test specimens with different connection methods under low-cycle reciprocating load were studied. The results show that: the pipe column of the two connection modes have cracks at the beam first, and then at the joint area. Finally, the failure of the joints results in the decrease of bearing capacity, but no cracks appear in the column body. The hysteretic curves of the pipe column of two connection modes are spindle-shaped, with full hysteretic loop and good energy dissipation capacity. The bearing capacity of pipe column of the two connection modes is close, the ductility coefficient and the elastic plastic displacement angle meet the requirements of the specification, and the deformation capacity behaved well. The new precast concrete composite pipe column has better seismic behavior, but the joints should be strengthened in design.
