部分包覆钢-混凝土组合柱单向压弯承载力计算方法比较*

摘 要

[摘要]总结欧洲规范EN 1994-1-1、加拿大规范CSA-S16-09和国内规范《部分包覆钢-混凝土组合结构技术规程》(T/CECS 719—2020)中部分包覆钢-混凝土组合柱(PEC柱)以及《组合结构设计规范》(JGJ 138—2016)和《矩形钢管混凝土结构技术规程》(CECS 159∶2004)中组合柱的单向压弯承载力计算方法,将五种方法得到的轴力-弯矩(N-M)相关曲线计算结果与已有试验数据进行比较。结果表明:规范EN 1994-1-1曲线是各种试验点的下包线,规范EN 1994-1-1和《组合结构设计规范》(JGJ 138—2016)曲线均具有外凸特性;《部分包覆钢混凝土组合结构技术规程》(T/CECS 719—2020)曲线与规范CSA-S16-09曲线较为接近,且均偏保守;《矩形钢管混凝土结构技术规程》(CECS 159∶2004)曲线为外凸折线,与试验值吻合较好。

Comparison on calculation methods of compression and uniaxial bending bearing capacity of partially-encased composite steel and concrete columns

Abstract:The compression and uniaxial bending capacity calculation method of partially-encased composite steel and concrete (PEC) columns  in European standard EN 1994-1-1, Canadian standard CSA-S16-09 and domestic standard Technical specification for partially-encased composite structures of steel and concrete(T/CECS 719—2020)and composite columns in Code for design of composite structures (JGJ 138—2016) and Technical specification for structures with concrete-filled rectangular steel tube members(CECS 159∶2004) were summarized. The calculation results of the axial force-bending moment (N-M) correlation curve obtained by the five methods were compared with the existing experimental data.The results show that: the curve of the standard EN 1994-1-1 is the under-envelope line of various test points, and both the curves of the standard EN 1994-1-1 and the Code for design of composite structures (JGJ 138—2016) have convex characteristics. The curve of  Technical specification for partially-encased composite structures of steel and concrete (T/CECS 719—2020) is relatively close to the curve of standard CSA-S16-09, and both are conservative. The curve of Technical specification for structures with concrete-filled rectangular steel tube members(CECS 159∶2004) is an outward convex broken line, which is in good agreement with the experimental value.
