以传统灰浆为粘结材料的手工青砖砌体抗剪强度试验研究*

[摘要]结合砌体结构文物保护单位保护修缮项目,开展了以纯白灰、白灰砂浆、掺灰泥等传统灰浆为粘结材料的手工青砖砌体抗剪强度试验。研究了该类砌体受剪的破坏特征和形式,分析了《砌体结构设计规范》(GB 50003—2011)中烧结普通砖砌体抗剪强度平均值计算式在该类砌体中的适用性。结果表明,以传统灰浆为粘结材料的手工青砖砌体受剪破坏具有脆性破坏特征,破坏形式有单剪破坏和双剪破坏2种形式,抗剪强度平均值试验结果明显低于烧结普通砖砌体规范计算式的计算结果。根据试验结果,采用最小二乘法对规范抗剪强度平均值计算式进行了修正,建立了适用于以所研究的传统灰浆为粘结材料的手工青砖砌体抗剪强度平均值计算式,确定了该类砌体抗剪强度设计值。

Experimental study on shear strength of manual gray brick masonry with traditional mortars as bonding materials

Abstract:Combined with the renovation and protection of masonry structure projects of cultural relics protection unit, the shear strength tests of the manual gray brick masonry with traditional mortars made of lime, lime-sand, mud-lime as bonding materials were carried out. The shear failure characteristics and forms of this kind of masonry were studied. The applicability of the formula for calculating the average shear strength of sintered ordinary brick masonry in Code for design of masonry structure (GB 50003—2011) in this kind of masonry was analyzed. The results show that the shear failure of manual brick masonry with traditional mortars as bonding materials has the characteristics of brittle failure. Its failure forms are single shear failure and double shear failure, and the test result of average shear strength is significantly lower than calculation result of sintered ordinary brick calculated by masonry code calculation formula. According to the test results, the formula for calculating the average shear strength in the code was modified by the least square method, and a formula for calculating the average shear strength of manual gray brick masonry with traditional mortars as bonding materials was established. The shear strength design values of this kind of masonry were determined
