上海君康金融广场超限高层结构设计

[摘要]上海君康金融广场地下3层,地上设5栋9~11层塔楼。5栋塔楼楼层平面呈花瓣状环形设置,并在多处不同标高连体形成环状。项目为平面和竖向多项一般不规则的超限高层建筑,连体采用滑动支座的弱连接形式,将整体结构简化为多个单体进行分析,针对超限情况进行计算分析,计算结果表明:通过采取对关键构件提高性能要求,并采用型钢混凝土加强部分构件等有针对性的措施,结构的各项性能指标满足规范要求。

Structural design of out-of-code high-rise buildings of Shanghai Junkang Financial Plaza

Abstract:Shanghai Junkang Financial Plaza has 3 floors underground and 5 towers with 9-11 floors above the ground. The floor plan of the 5 towers is arranged in a petal-like ring, and is connected in multiple locations at different elevations to form a ring. This project includes out-of-code high-rise buildings with a number of general irregularities in plan and vertical arrangements. The conjoined structure adopts the weak connection form of sliding bearings, which separates the overall structure into multiple units for analysis. The calculation and analysis for the out-of-code were conducted. The calculation results show that by adopting targeted measures such as improving the performance requirements of key components and using steel reinforced concrete to strengthen some components, the performance indicators of the structure meet the requirements of the code.
