[摘要]首钢滑雪大跳台外形特异,结构复杂,荷载较大,主体采用钢桁架结构。跳台中部8根V型柱为重要构件,采用屈曲分析计算其临界力并反算柱的计算长度,从而较精确地对其强度进行验算;跳台属于大跨空间结构,采用ABAQUS软件对结构进行非线性有限元分析,以掌握其强度、稳定及刚度等性能的整个变化过程,使结构具有足够的安全度;对于重要的节点,在满足与构件等强度连接的基础上,采用ABAQUS及MIDAS Gen软件对节点进行有限元计算,以验算节点强度;通过可拆卸的连接,将固雪网与结构本体有效地连接,既达到固雪作用,又没有改变赛道表面平整,以便于大跳台在冬奥会之后的利用。

Structural design and key points analysis of Big Air Shougang

Abstract:Big Air Shougang has a special shape, complex structure and large load, and the main structure is steel truss structure. The eight V-shaped columns in the middle are important components, buckling analysis was used to calculate the critical force and back calculate the calculated length of the columns, so as to accurately check the strength of the columns. Big Air Shougang belongs to a long-span spatial structure, and ABAQUS software was used to carry out nonlinear finite element analysis of the structure, so as to master the whole change process of its strength, stability, stiffness and other properties, and make the structure have enough safety. For important nodes, ABAQUS and MIDAS Gen software are used to calculate the strength of nodes on the basis of meeting the same strength connection with members; through detachable connection, the snow fixing net was effectively connected with the structure, which not only achieves the snow fixing effect, but also does not change the track surface, so as to facilitate the use of Big Air Shougang after the Winter Olympic Games.
