济青高铁青岛红岛站站房主体结构设计

[摘要]济青高铁青岛红岛站为全高架桥建合一的铁路枢纽站房,由站房和站台雨棚组成,其中站房面积约7万m2,雨棚覆盖面积约4万m2。主站房最大平面尺寸为268m×310m,为地上2层(局部3层)大跨框架结构,站台层及其以下为钢筋混凝土结构,站台层以上为钢结构。站房承轨层采用桥建合一的结构体系,结构形式为普通钢筋混凝土梁+钢骨混凝土柱;高架候车层采用“钢管混凝土柱+大跨度钢桁架+钢次梁”结构,减轻了楼盖结构自重,有利于在结构高度范围内布置设备管线;钢屋盖采用双向空间管桁架结构。南北入口处浪花造型结构形式采用空间网格钢结构。对主站房结构进行了结构静力分析、振型分解反应谱法分析、动力弹塑性时程分析和楼盖舒适度分析等。详细结构分析表明,红岛站结构体系传力明确,结构安全、可靠,同时具有良好的经济性和美观性。

Main building structural design of Qingdao Hongdao Railway Station of Jinan-Qingdao High-speed Railway

Abstract:The Qingdao Hongdao Railway Station of  Jinan-Qingdao High-speed Railway is a railway hub station building with bridge-station combined structure. It consists of a station building and a platform canopy. The station area is about 70 000 m2, and the canopy covers  area is about 40 000 m2. The maximum plane size of the main station building is 268m×310m. It is a two-story (partially three-story) large-span frame structure above the ground. The platform layer and below are reinforced concrete structures, and the layer above the platform is a steel structure. The rail-bearing layer of the station building adopts a bridge-station combined structure system. The structural form is ordinary reinforced concrete beam and combined steel and concrete column; the elevated waiting layer adopts the structure of concrete steel tube column, large-span steel truss and steel secondary beam, which reduces the self-weight of the floor structure to facilitate the arrangement of equipment pipelines within the height of the structure; the steel roof adopts a two-way space tube truss structure. The wave-shaped structure at the north and south entrance adopts a spatial grid steel structure. Structural static analysis, mode decomposition response spectrum analysis, dynamic elastoplastic time-history analysis and floor comfort analysis of the main station building  were carried out. Detailed structural analysis shows that the structural system of Hongdao Railway Station has clear force transmission, safe and reliable structure, and good economy and aesthetics.
