鲁南高铁临沂北站站房结构设计与分析

[摘要]鲁南高铁临沂北站站房为“桥-建”合一建筑,建筑造型独特,结构形式新颖。承轨层以下采用箱形钢管叠合柱-混凝土梁框架结构,候车层采用箱形钢管叠合柱-型钢混凝土梁框架结构,商业夹层采用箱形钢管混凝土柱-钢梁框架结构,屋盖为空间钢桁架结构。对空间整体结构进行了受力分析,对主入口大悬挑桁架进行了抗连续倒塌能力分析,对腹部大跨度拱桁架和主入口大悬挑桁架的铸钢支座进行了有限元分析,对主入口大悬挑桁架采用的大直径焊接球进行了足尺试验。通过设计分析,各项指标均满足相关规范的要求。

Structural design and analysis of Linyi North Station Building of Lunan High-speed Railway

Abstract:The  Linyi North Station  Building of Lunan High-speed Railway is a “bridge-build” building with unique architectural form and novel structural form. The frame structure of box-shaped steel tube laminated column-concrete beam was adopted below the rail bearing layer, the frame structure of box-shaped steel tube laminated column-steel concrete beam was adopted in the waiting layer, and the frame structure of box-shaped steel tube concrete column-steel beam was adopted in the commercial interlayer. The roof was a spatial steel truss structure. The force analysis of the overall structure of the space was carried out, the continuous collapse resistance of the large cantilever truss of the main entrance was analyzed, and the finite element analysis was carried out on the cast steel support of the large-span arch truss of the belly and the large cantilever truss of the main entrance. And the full scale test of the large-diameter welding ball used in the large cantilever truss of the main entrance was carried out. Through the design and analysis, all the indexes meet the requirements of relevant specifications.
