[摘要]针对潍坊北站站房工程中存在17m超厚回填土、超长结构、承受列车动荷载及复杂屋盖空间结构等设计难点,采用了YJK,3D3S及ABAQUS软件对各个难点分别进行了负摩阻力、温度作用、列车等效荷载及节点有限元设计计算和分析,并分别采取了计入负摩阻力不利影响、加大板配筋、取列车等效荷载和规范简化荷载包络值、对钢结构节点进行工艺圆滑过渡处理等加强措施。结果表明,设计合理、加强措施有效,保证了结构的安全可靠。

Complex structure design and analysis of Weifang North Station Building

Abstract:Aiming at the design difficulties of 17 meters super thick backfill, super long structure, bearing train dynamic load and complex roof space structure in the station building of Weifang North Station, softwares of YJK, 3D3S and ABAQUS were used to design, calculate and analyze negative friction, temperature effect, train equivalent load and node finite element, and reinforcement measures such as taking into account the adverse effects of negative friction, increasing plate reinforcement, taking the envelope value of the train equivalent load and simplified code load, and processing smooth transition processing on steel structure nodes were taken. The results show that the design is reasonable and the strengthening measures are effective, which ensure the safety and reliability of the structure.
