闭口型压型钢板-混凝土组合夹芯保温楼板弯曲刚度试验研究*

[摘要]对6块简支闭口型压型钢板-混凝土组合夹芯保温楼板进行抗弯性能试验研究,分析了组合夹芯楼板的弯曲刚度。研究了混凝土面层厚度、剪跨区长度及自攻螺钉抗剪件的设置对组合夹芯楼板弯曲刚度的影响。分别采用美国规范ANSI/ASCE 3.91建议的换算惯性矩法和修正后的我国《混凝土结构设计规范》(GB 50010—2010)刚度解析法计算组合夹芯楼板的弯曲刚度,并与试验结果进行分析比较。结果表明:组合夹芯楼板的破坏形式有弯曲破坏和纵向剪切破坏;混凝土面层厚度越厚,剪跨区长度越小,组合夹芯楼板抗弯刚度越大;自攻螺钉抗剪件的设置,能够显著提高组合夹芯楼板后期(滑移产生后)抗弯刚度,而对组合夹芯楼板前期刚度(滑移产生前)没有影响;修正后的我国《混凝土结构设计规范》(GB 50010—2010)刚度解析法计算值与试验实测值吻合较好,适用于组合夹芯楼板的弯曲刚度计算。

Experimental research on flexural rigidity of re-entrant trough profiled steel sheeting-concrete composite sandwich slabs with function of heat insulation

Abstract:Six simply supported re-entrant trough profiled steel sheeting-concrete composite sandwich slabs with function of heat insulation were tested in order to investigate the flexural rigidity of the composite sandwich slabs.The influence of the depth of concrete, the length of the shear span and the self-drilling shear screws on the flexural rigidity of composite sandwich floor slabs were studied. The flexural rigidity of composite sandwich slabs was respectively calculated by the method of effective moment of inertia adopted by American code ASCE/ASCE 3.91 and the modified analytical method recommended by Code for design of concrete structures(GB 50010—2010), and the results were compared and analyzed with the test results. The results show that failure patterns of the composite sandwich slabs include flexural failure and longitudinal shear failure; the increasing depth of the concrete and the decreasing shear span lead to rising flexural rigidity of the composite sandwich slabs; the attachment of the self-drilling shear screws can blatantly increase the post-rigidity (before the slip observed) of the composite sandwich slabs, but has little influence on the pre-rigidity (before the slip observed) of the composite sandwich slabs; the results calculated by the modified analytical method recommended by Code for design of concrete structures(GB 50010—2010) are in good agreement with the test results, which are suitable for the calculation of the flexure stiffness of the composite sandwich slabs.
