基于ANSYS无制动结构钢吊车梁加固后的力学性能研究

[摘要]结合某钢筋加工场后期生产需要,对无制动结构钢吊车梁进行加固设计研究。通过建立合理的有限元模型,对3种加固方案进行分析。结果表明,采用方案1(钢支撑)加固,吊车梁不能满足工作要求;采用方案2(向下加高200mm)和方案3(16mm平行板)加固,吊车梁强度、刚度和稳定性均满足设计规范要求。对方案2这类水平非对称开口截面,双力矩引起的正应力不能忽视,其在弯扭耦合作用下的二次应力效应,造成有限元解与《冷弯薄壁型钢结构技术规范》(GB 50018—2002)解的差异,但稳定性偏安全。对方案3这类双对称闭口截面,可忽略双力矩影响,强度和稳定性方面,《钢结构设计标准》(GB 50017—2017)和《冷弯薄壁型钢结构技术规范》(GB 50018—2002)解均偏安全。最终采用方案2对吊车梁进行加固,该加固措施能显著提高吊车梁的力学性能,且施工便利,经济性好。

Study on mechanical properties of reinforce steel crane beam without brake structures based on ANSYS

Abstract:The reinforcement design research of a steel crane beam without brake structure was studied according to the later production needs of a steel bar processing space. By establishing a reasonable finite element model, three reinforcement schemes were analyzed. The results show that the crane beam can′t meet the working requirements with scheme 1 (steel support),and  the strength, rigidity and stability of the crane beam can meet the requirements of design specifications with scheme 2 (increase 200mm downward) and scheme 3 (16mm parallel plate). The normal stress caused by double moments can′t be neglected for scheme 2—the horizontal asymmetric open section. The difference between the finite element solution and the solution of Technical code of cold-formed thin-wall steel structures (GB 50018—2002) is caused by the secondary stress effect for the scheme 2 by coupling bending and torsional load, however the stability solution is partial to safety. The  double moments can be neglected for scheme 3—double symmetric closed section. The strength and stability solutions of Standard for design of steel structures (GB 50017—2017) and Technical code of cold-formed thin-wall steel structures (GB 50018—2002) are safety. Finally, scheme 2 is adopted to strengthen the crane beam, which can significantly improve the mechanical properties of the crane beam, and the construction is convenient and economical.
