AFRP布加固预损RC梁抗剪性能试验研究*

[摘要]对外贴芳纶纤维(AFRP)布加固的预损钢筋混凝土(RC)梁进行了抗剪性能试验,在试验中研究了不同AFRP布加固形式和粘贴层数对预损RC梁抗剪加固效果的影响,并与未进行加固的RC梁进行了对比。分析了各梁在试验过程中出现的现象、典型的特征荷载、破坏模式、荷载-跨中挠度曲线以及剪跨段的AFRP布和箍筋的荷载-应变曲线。试验结果表明:在加固条件相同的情况下,AFRP布粘贴层数越多,加固效果越好,但加固效果并不是随着AFRP布粘贴层数的增加呈线性增长,当AFRP布粘贴层数达到3层时,梁的破坏模式由剪切破坏转为弯曲破坏;交叉U形条带+压条加固形式的加固效果最好,U形条带+压条加固形式的加固效果最差,斜向U形条带+压条加固形式的加固效果介于两者之间。最后,在试验所得结果的基础上,建立了AFRP布加固预损RC梁抗剪承载力的计算公式,通过公式算出的结果与试验所得的结果吻合较好。

Experimental study on shear behavior of pre-damaged RC beams reinforced by AFRP sheets

Abstract:The experiment on shear behavior of reinforced concrete(RC)pre-damaged beams reinforced by aramid fiber reinforced plastic(AFRP) was carried out. In the experiment, the influence of reinforcement forms and the layer number of different AFRP sheet on the shear reinforcement effect of pre-damaged RC beams was studied, and  compared with unreinforced RC beam. The phenomenon of each beam during the test, typical characteristic loads, failure modes, load-mid-span deflection curves, load-strain curves of AFRP sheet and stirrups in shear spans were analyzed. The test results indicate that under the same reinforcement conditions, the more the layer number of AFRP sheet, the better the reinforcement effect. But the reinforcement effect does not increase linearly with the increase of the layer number of AFRP sheet. When the number of AFRP layers reaches three, the failure mode of the beam changes from shear failure to bending failure. The reinforcement effect of cross U-type strip + bar-pressing reinforcement method is the best, while the reinforcement effect of U-type strip + bar-pressing reinforcement method is the worst, and the reinforcement effect of oblique U-type strip + bar-pressing reinforcement method is between the two. Finally, according to the test results, the formula for calculating the shear capacity of the pre-damaged RC beams reinforced by AFRP sheets was established. The results calculated by the formula are in good agreement with the experimental results.
