纤维增强水泥基复合材料面层加固砖墙抗震性能试验研究*

[摘要]以无圈梁构造柱砖墙为研究对象,对比了采用不同形式的纤维增强水泥基复合材料面层加固后砖墙的抗震性能。共开展了1片未加固砖墙、4片纤维增强水泥基复合材料加固砖墙和1片钢筋网水泥砂浆加固砖墙的伪静力试验。结果表明,采用纤维增强水泥基复合材料面层加固砖墙可以显著提高砖墙的承载能力和变形能力;单面全墙面面层加固对原墙体抗震性能的提升最为显著,加固后砖墙的承载能力和极限变形能力分别是原墙体的1.89倍和1.96倍;单面圈梁构造柱位置条带式面层加固与钢筋网水泥砂浆面层加固相比,可更有效地提高砖墙的承载能力和变形能力。基于试验结果,提出了不同加固形式下砖墙受剪承载力计算公式,计算值与试验值的最大误差约8.1%。采用有限元方法对加固砖墙的受力性能进行了数值分析,得到的极限承载力与试验结果较为吻合。工程实际应用中,建议优先选用单面全墙面面层加固。

Experimental research on seismic performance of brick walls strengthened by fiber-reinforced cement-based composite material surface layer

Abstract:Taking the brick wall without ring beams and structural columns as the research object, the seismic performances of the brick walls after strengthening with different forms of fiber-reinforced cement-based composite material surface layer were compared. A total of 1 piece of unstrengthened brick wall, 4 pieces of fiber-reinforced cement-based composite materials strengthened brick walls and 1 piece of reinforced mesh cement mortar strengthened brick wall were carried out in pseudo-static tests.  The results show that the use of fiber-reinforced cement-based composite material surface layer to strengthen the brick wall can significantly improve the bearing capacity and deformation capacity of the brick wall; the single-sided full wall surface layer strengthening improves the seismic performance of the original wall most significantly, and the bearing capacity and ultimate deformation capacity of the strengthened wall are 1.89 times and 1.96 times that of the original wall respectively; strip-type surface layer strengthened at the single-sided ring beam and structural column position can be more effective than the strengthening of the reinforced mesh cement mortar surface layer in improving the bearing capacity and deformation capacity of the wall. Based on the test results, a formula for calculating the shear capacity of the brick wall under different strengthening forms  was proposed. The maximum error between the calculated value and the test value was about 8.1%. The finite element method was used to numerically analyze the mechanical performance of the strengthed wall. The ultimate bearing capacity obtained was in good agreement with the test results. In practical engineering applications, it is recommended to use single-sided full wall surface layer strengthening first.
