钢框架+防屈曲钢板剪力墙结构体系在装配式钢结构住宅中的应用*

[摘要]首钢二通厂南区棚改定向安置房项目1#住宅楼(24层)采用钢框架(钢管混凝土柱+H型钢梁)+防屈曲钢板剪力墙装配式钢结构体系,选择的结构抗侧力构件分别为防屈曲钢板剪力墙、中心支撑以及组合钢板剪力墙的结构体系,并对其进行了计算分析,对比了不同结构体系的关键技术指标。同时通过有限元模型研究了与防屈曲钢板剪力墙相连梁的刚度变化对钢板剪力墙受力性能的影响,针对防屈曲钢板剪力墙对钢梁的局部作用提出了加强措施。结果表明:与其他结构体系相比,钢框架+防屈曲钢板剪力墙结构体系结构布置更加灵活,材料成本更低,并且防屈曲钢板剪力墙的布置对结构的抗扭转更有利;实际工程中防屈曲钢板剪力墙按照规范设计能够满足承载力和安全性的设计要求;设置局部加劲肋和加强框架梁腹板厚度能够延缓钢梁的应力增大,减小钢板剪力墙对钢梁局部的影响。

Application of steel frame + anti-buckling steel plate shear wall structural system in prefabricated steel residences

Abstract: The prefabricated steel structural system of steel frame (concrete-filled steel tube column and H-shaped steel beam) + anti-buckling resistant steel plate shear wall was adopted in 1# 24-storey residential building of the resettlement project of Shougang Ertong Factory in south area. The structural systems of anti-buckling steel plate shear wall, central support and composite steel plate shear wall were selected as lateral force-resisting member to be calculation analyzed and compared by their key performance indicators for different structural systems. Meanwhile, through the finite element model, the influence of stiffness change of the beam connected with anti-buckling steel plate shear wall on the mechanical behavior of steel plate shear wall was studied, and the improvement measures were proposed for the local effect of anti-buckling steel plate shear wall on steel beam. The results indicate that: compared with other structural systems, the structural layout scheme of steel frame + anti-buckling steel plate shear wall structural system is more flexible and can save material cost. And the layout plan of anti-buckling steel plate shear wall has a favorable influence on torsion effect. In practical engineering projects, the design of anti-buckling steel plate shear wall according to the code can meet the requirements of bearing capacity and safety. Setting local stiffeners and increasing the thickness of frame beam web can delay the development of the stress in beam web and reduce local effect of steel plate shear wall on steel beam.
