银川绿地中心超高层双塔结构设计

[摘要] 银川绿地中心301m双塔地处高烈度区,且风荷载较大,采用框架-核心筒+2道伸臂桁架/环带桁架结构体系,准确取用结构计算参数,并采取多种抗震加强措施。计算结果表明,在地震与风荷载作用下,塔楼可以达到预期的性能目标;通过厚板多次微弯工艺并结合焊接工艺实现了伸臂桁架与核心筒角部复杂节点的加工制作,避免了采用大型铸钢节点;塔楼下部楼层采用钢板组合剪力墙,通过配置长短栓钉,避免了钢筋孔造成的钢板削弱,提高了厚剪力墙的整体性;在中震作用下,控制钢板组合剪力墙轴拉比不大于0.6,在满足构件拉剪承载力的同时,可以有效减少钢材用量;对受力集中的建筑门洞与结构洞口,采用多连梁技术可以有效地解决普通连梁在地震作用下剪压比不足的问题。

Super high-rise twin-tower structure design of Yinchuan Greenland Center

Abstract: The 301meter-high twin towers of Yinchuan Greenland Center are located in a high intensity seismic area, and the wind load of there is relatively high. A frame-core tube structure with two-outrigger truss/ring belt truss system was adopted, structural calculation parameters were accurately taken, and various seismic strengthening measures were adopted. The calculation results show that the towers can reach the expected performance target under earthquake and wind load. Through the thick plate multiple micro-bending process, the welding process was used to realize the manufacture of the complex joints of the outrigger truss and the corner of the RC core tube, avoiding the use of large cast steel joints. The lower stories of the towers adopt the steel plate composite shear walls, and the long and short studs were arranged to avoid the weakening of the steel plate caused by the reinforcement holes, and the integrity of the thick shear wall were improved. Under moderate earthquakes, the axial tenson ratio of the steel plate composite shear wall was controlled not to be greater than 0.6, which can effectively reduce the amount of steel while meeting the tensile-shear bearing capacity of the members. For building door openings and structural openings where the forces concentrate, the use of multi-coupling beam technology can effectively solve the problem of insufficient shear-compression ratio of ordinary coupling beams under earthquakes.
