[摘要]为研究湿热环境下CFRP布加固工字钢梁的加固效果,采用有限元软件ABAQUS进行了变温度场下未加固、一层、三层和五层CFRP布加固工字钢梁的数值模拟,得到了工字钢梁的荷载-温度曲线和疲劳寿命-温度曲线,建立了CFRP布加固工字钢梁的疲劳寿命预测模型。结果表明,CFRP布加固工字钢梁的承载力和疲劳性能受温度的影响,一层、三层、五层CFRP布加固工字钢梁的疲劳寿命增强比例最大分别为157%,266%,370%,极限荷载增强比例最大分别为2.31%,5.53%,8.41%。

Study on fatigue performance of CFRP cloth reinforced I-steel-beam under variable temperature field

Abstract: In order to study the reinforcement effect of CFRP (carbon fiber reinforced polymer) cloth reinforced I-steel-beam under the humid and hot environment, the finite element software ABAQUS was used to carry out the numerical simulation of the unreinforced, one-layer, three-layer and five-layer CFRP cloth CFRP cloth reinforced I-steel-beam under variable temperature field. The load-temperature curve and fatigue life-temperature curve of the I-steel-beam were obtained, and the fatigue life prediction model of the CFRP cloth reinforced I-steel-beam was established. The results show that the bearing capacity and fatigue performance of CFRP cloth reinforced I-steel-beam are affected by temperature, and the fatigue life enhancement ratios of one-layer, three-layer and five-layer CFRP cloth reinforced I-steel-beam are 157%, 266%, 370% respectively, the ultimate load enhancement ratio is 2.31%, 5.53%,8.41% respectively.
