[摘要]基于钢筋环扣连接技术设计了一种装配式综合管廊,对这种装配式综合管廊进行拆分并选取角部不利节点进行抗弯试验,包括1组顶板节点与1组底板节点,每组含1个现浇节点与3个预制节点,探究了节点的受弯破坏特征。结果表明:现浇与预制节点的变形能力、承载能力、破坏模式等指标均相近。其中,预制顶板节点的开裂荷载与现浇节点的比值为0.87,预制底板节点开裂荷载与现浇节点的比值为1.07,而预制顶板节点与现浇节点屈服荷载的比值以及预制顶板节点与现浇节点极限荷载的比值在0.98~1.03之间,预制节点与现浇节点的各项指标几乎没有区别,也证明了钢筋环扣连接技术运用于装配式综合管廊的可靠性。另外,对现浇与预制两种节点分别进行了数值模拟,其破坏模式和荷载-位移曲线与试验结果吻合较好,给出了合理的数值建模依据。

Research on bending performance of reinforced ring buckle connection node of assembled utility tunnel

Abstract: Based on the steel ring buckle connection technology, a assembled utility tunnel was designed. This kind of assembled utility tunnel was divided and unfavorable nodes were selected, including one set of top plate node and one set of bottom plate node. Each group contains 1 cast-in-place node and 3 precast nodes. The bending failure characteristics of the specimens were explored. The results show that the deformation capacity, bearing capacity and failure mode of cast-in-place and precast nodes are similar. Among them, the ratio of crack load precast to the cast-in-place node specimen is 0.87, and the ratio of crack load precast to cast-in-place test specimen of the bottom plate test specimen is 1.07. The ratio of the yield load of the precast to the cast-in-place joint and the ratio of the ultimate load of the precast to the cast-in-situ joint are between 0.98 and 1.03. There is almost no difference between precast nodes and cast-in-place nodes, and it also proves the reliability of the application of the reinforced ring buckle connection technology in the assembled utility tunnel. In addition, numerical simulations were performed on the cast-in-place and precast nodes. The failure mode and load-displacement curves are in good agreement with the test results, and a reasonable numerical model basis is given.
