带薄弱连体的超高层结构抗震性能设计

[摘要]成都中学路35号项目是带薄弱连体的超高层建筑结构,结构总高度144.45m,总层数34层,单塔楼采用矩形钢管混凝土框架-核心筒混合结构,连体采用钢结构。基于项目特点和结构体系的比较,针对超限情况和连体结构的特点,通过结构扭转控制实质的探讨及屈曲分析计算对结构的扭转性能进行考察,采用时程分析计算楼板应力考察薄弱连接位置的楼板抗震性能。结果表明:采用强连接方案的结构整体设计满足规范要求,结构有较好的抗扭刚度,采用基于分层壳模型的时程分析法进行楼板应力分析的效果较好。

Seismic performance design of super high-rise structure with weak connection

Abstract:The project of No.35 Middle School Road in Chengdu is a super high-rise building structure with weak connection. The total height of the structure is 144.45m, and the total number of floors is 34 floors. The single tower adopts a rectangular steel tube concrete frame-core tube mixed structure, and the conjoined building is made of steel structure. Based on the comparison of project characteristics and structural systems, in view of the overrun conditions and the characteristics of the conjoined structure, the torsion performance of the structure was investigated through the discussion of the structure torsion control essence and buckling analysis calculation. And the time history analysis was used to calculate the floor stress to investigate the seismic performance of weak connection position for floor slab. The results show that the overall design of the structure adopting the strong connection scheme meets the requirements of the specification, and the structure has good torsional rigidity. The time history analysis method based on the layered shell model has a better effect on the floor stress analysis.
