超高强结构钢在中信大厦超高层建筑中的应用研究

[摘要]超高强度钢筋(HRB500,HRB600)以及超高强度钢材(Q420,Q460,Q690)在实际工程中大规模应用的案例较少。以中信大厦超高层建筑为算例,分析了采用超高强度钢筋和超高强度钢材等强度替换钢管混凝土巨柱-斜撑-钢板混凝土剪力墙筒中筒结构体系中的钢材时对结构整体性能的影响。对比了筏板、桩基础、钢管混凝土巨柱、斜撑、钢板混凝土剪力墙中钢材的用量变化。经分析,采用超高强度钢筋和超高强度钢材,可使结构在满足规范抗震性能要求前提下,大幅减少用钢量。因规范中钢构件宽厚比限值对超高强钢构件厚度影响较大,对比了中国、美国、欧洲规范中相应规定,结果表明,整体来说各国规范中的宽厚比限值处于相同量级。美国规范根据延性等级要求调整了宽厚比要求的方法,为超高强钢替换材料时采用更为宽松的宽厚比限值提供了参考和依据。

Research on the application of ultra-high-strength structural steel in super high-rise building of CITIC Tower

Abstract: There are few cases of large-scale application of ultra-high-strength steel bars (HRB500, HRB600) and ultra-high-strength steel (Q420, Q460, Q690) in practical projects. Take the super high-rise building of CITIC Tower as an example, the influence on the overall performance of the structure when the steel in concrete-filled steel tube giant column-diagonal brace-steel plate concrete shear wall tube-in-tube structure system was replaced by ultra-high-strength steel bars and ultra-high-strength steel was analyzed. The changes in the amount of steel used in rafts, pile foundations, concrete-filled steel tube giant column, diagonal braces, and steel plate concrete shear walls were compared. After analysis, the use of ultra-high-strength steel bars and ultra-high-strength steel can greatly reduce the amount of steel used on the premise that the structure meets the seismic performance requirements of the specification. Because the width-thickness ratio limit of steel members in the specification has a greater impact on the thickness of ultra-high-strength steel members, the corresponding regulations in Chinese American and Europe codes were compared. The results show that the width-thickness ratio limits in national standards are of the same magnitude. The American codes adjusted the method of width-thickness ratio requirements according to ductility grade requirements, and provide a reference and basis for adopting a more relaxed width-thickness ratio limit when replacing materials with ultra-high strength steel.
