[摘要]青岛鲁商中心1C区项目结构高度247.5m,采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构体系,属于超B级超限高层建筑。基于塔楼的工程特点和超限情况,采用不同软件对结构进行了多遇地震、设防地震和罕遇地震作用下的计算分析。对塔楼岩石地基上的基础设计进行了介绍,最后针对风荷载、施工模拟进行了专项分析。结果表明塔楼设计能够实现“三水准”抗震性能目标。

Structural design of super-rise building of Qingdao Lushang Center Project in district 1C

Abstract: Qingdao Lushang Center Project in district 1C adopts reinforced concrete frame-core structure system with the structural height of 247.5m, which is an ultra-B-level and super high-rise building. Based on the engineering characteristics of the tower and the over-limit situation, different softwares were used to calculate and analyze the structure under the action of frequent earthquakes, fortification earthquakes and rare earthquakes. The foundation design on the rock foundation of the tower was introduced, and finally, a special analysis was carried out for wind load and construction simulation. The results show that the seismic performance objective of “three levels” can be achieved.
