圆端形钢管混凝土中长柱轴心受压承载性能试验研究*

[摘要]为了研究圆端形钢管混凝土中长柱轴压性能,考虑长细比、含钢率、高宽比3个变化参数,设计了6个试件进行轴压静力单调加载试验,得到了试件的破坏形态、极限承载力、荷载-位移曲线、荷载-应变曲线等数据,并分析参数变化对承载力的影响。试验结果表明:圆端形钢管混凝土中长柱受力过程经历弹性阶段、屈服阶段与破坏阶段,破坏形态为弹塑性失稳破坏;试件承载力与含钢率呈正相关,与长细比呈负相关,对于高宽比较大的试件,含钢率对承载力的影响更大。基于有限元软件ABAQUS的参数分析,建立圆端形钢管混凝土中长柱轴心受压承载力简化公式,计算结果与试验结果吻合良好。

Experimental study on behavior of  intermediate long RCFST columns under axial loads

Abstract: In order to study the axial compressive performance of intermediate long round-ended concrete-filled steel tube (RCFST) columns, the slenderness ratio, steel content ratio and aspect ratio were considered to conduct axial compressive static monotonic loading tests on six designed specimens. The data of failure mode, ultimate bearing capacity, load-displacement curve, load-strain curve and other data of the specimen were obtained, and the influence of parameter variation on bearing capacity was analyzed. The experimental results show that the mechanical process of the intermediate long RCFST columns goes through elastic stage, yield stage and failure stage, and the failure mode is elastoplastic instability failure. The bearing capacity of the specimens is positively correlated with the steel content ratio and negatively correlated with the slenderness ratio. For the specimens with larger height-width-ratio, the steel content ratio has a greater effect on the bearing capacity. Based on the parameter analysis of finite element software ABAQUS, a simplified formula for axial compression capacity of intermediate long RCFST columns was established, and the calculated results were in good agreement with the experimental results.
