贵州省亚高原体育训练基地攀岩馆结构分析及设计

[摘要]贵州省亚高原体育训练基地攀岩馆屋盖造型为两个有高差的半边椭圆球,是国内外场馆建筑中较早采用带高差两个半边椭圆球屋盖的场馆;场馆采用椭球形凯威特K6单层网壳结构+立体拱架+竖向平面交叉桁架组合的杂交结构体系,下部为钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙结构。主要介绍了钢屋盖的结构选型及结构布置。采用多模型的计算分析方法,对结构进行设计分析并验算钢屋盖的稳定性;对复杂相贯节点的受力性能进行计算分析,并对比分析半边椭圆球单层网壳结构与完整椭圆球单层网壳结构的受力性能差异,另外介绍了该项目风洞试验、风荷载取值方法。分析结果表明,带高差两个半边椭圆球屋盖结构布置合理,其受力特性与完整圆的网壳结构受力性能存在较大差异。

Structural analysis and design of rock climbing gym in Sub-Plateau Sports Training Base of Guizhou province

Abstract: The roof of rock climbing gym in Sub-Plateau Sports Training Base of Guizhou province is shaped as two ellipsoids with height difference. It is the earliest venue in domestic and foreign stadium constructions that adopted two ellipsoid roofs with height difference. The stadium adopts the combined hybrid structural system of ellipsoidal shape Wittur K6 single-layer reticulated shell structure + three-dimensional arch frame + vertical plane cross truss, and the lower part is a reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structure. The structural system selection and structural layout of steel roof were mainly introduced. Multi-model calculation and analysis methods were used to design and analyze the structure and check the stability of the steel roof, the mechanical performance of complex intersecting joints were calculated and analyzed, and the differences in the mechanical performances of the half-elliptical single-layer reticulated shell structure and the complete elliptical single-layer reticulated shell structure were compared and analyzed. The wind tunnel test and wind load value method of the project were also introduced. The analysis results show that the layout of the two-half elliptical sphere roof structure with height difference is reasonable, and its mechanical properties are quite different from those of a complete round reticulated shell structure.
