甘肃科技馆球幕影院结构设计

摘 要

[摘要]甘肃科技馆球幕影院看台以下部分采用钢筋混凝土结构,看台以上部分采用内外两层球面钢网壳结构,两层网壳间无联系。外壳采用肋环形单层球面网壳,节点采用带盖板的焊接圆筒节点;内壳采用局部加斜杆的肋环形单层球面网壳,节点采用一般焊接球节点。对基础及看台结构选型进行了简述,阐述了混凝土部分及网壳结构分析计算方法,此外对外壳节点设计进行重点叙述。分析表明:混凝土看台结构及网壳结构选型对建筑功能适应性良好,结构安全可靠,网壳及节点设计合理、美观。

 Structural design of ball screen cinema in Gansu Science and Technology Museum

Abstract: The ball screen cinema of Gansu Science and Technology Museum adopts an reinforced concrete structure below the stand, and the above part adopts an inner and outer spherical steel latticed shell structure, and there is no connection between the two layers of the shells. The outer shell is made of ribbed annular single-layer spherical latticed shell, and the joints are welded cylindrical joints with cover plates. The inner shell is a ribbed annular single-layer spherical latticed shell  with partial inclined rod, and the joints are generally welded ball joints. The selection of foundation and stand structure was briefly described, and the analysis and calculation method of concrete part and latticed shell structure were described. In addition, the design of outer shell joints was emphasized. The analysis shows that the selection of concrete stand structure and latticed shell structure has good adaptability to the building function, the structure is safe and reliable, the latticed shell and joint design is reasonable and beautiful.
