置换砂浆强度及深度对置换砂浆加固砌体抗剪性能影响的试验研究*

[摘要]在满足历史建筑保护的要求下,针对砂浆性能退化引起的历史建筑砌体结构安全性不足问题,提出采用置换砂浆法来提高砌体结构抗剪性能。对不同置换砂浆强度和不同置换深度的试件进行对角加载剪切试验,研究置换砂浆强度以及置换深度对砌体结构抗剪强度的影响。结果表明,置换砂浆强度和置换深度对提高砌体结构的抗剪性能有明显作用;其中置换砂浆强度为11.1MPa水泥砂浆的试件比未置换砂浆的试件对角剪切强度提高了127.31%,而置换砂浆强度为55.0MPa灌浆料的试件比未置换砂浆的试件对角剪切强度提高了34.87%;以未置换砂浆试件的对角剪切强度为基准,置换深度为30mm的试件对角剪切强度提高了61.34%,置换深度为40mm的试件对角剪切强度提高了127.31%,而置换深度为50mm的试件对角剪切强度提高了112.18%。

Experimental study on effect of replacement mortar strength and depth on shear performance of masonry strengthened with replacement mortar

Abstract: In order to meet the requirements of protection of historical buildings, the replacement mortar method was proposed to improve the shear performance of masonry structures in view of the insufficient safety of masonry structures in historical buildings caused by the deterioration of mortar performance. The diagonal loading shear tests were carried out on specimens with different replacement mortar strength and replacement depth to study the influence of replacement mortar strength and replacement depth on shear performance of masonry structure. The results show that the replacement mortar strength and replacement depth have obvious effect on improving the shear performance of masonry structure. The diagonal shear strength of the specimen with 11.1MPa replacement cement mortar is 127.31% higher than that of the specimen without replacement mortar, while the diagonal shear strength of the specimen with 55.0MPa grouting material is 34.87% higher than that of the specimen without replacement mortar. Taking the diagonal shear strength of the specimen without replacement mortar as a benchmark, the diagonal shear strength of the specimen with replacement depth of 30mm increases by 61.34%, the diagonal shear strength of the specimen with replacement depth of 40mm increases by 127.31%, and the diagonal shear strength of the specimen with replacement depth of 50mm increases by 112.18%.
