砖木结构农宅内钢框架加固方法与抗震性能研究*

[摘要]我国农村地区目前仍现存大量的砖木结构。北京地区的老旧农宅大多为双坡屋顶单层建筑,后纵墙为实墙,前纵墙门窗洞口过大,结构砂浆强度低,并且缺乏圈梁与构造柱等基本抗震构造措施,当有大震作用时,房屋易发生整体倒塌。针对上述北京地区既有农宅的结构特点,提出了以内钢框架加固为主、钢板带加固为辅的加固技术。并以一个两开间坡屋顶单层砖木结构农宅为研究对象,建立连续体有限元模型,进行模态分析、弹塑性时程分析与拉伸损伤分析,探究其加固前后的抗震性能变化。加固后结构整体刚度增大,位移响应减小,墙体的损伤程度明显减轻。最后制作了内钢框架与钢板带组合加固后的1/4相似比振动台模型,进行了振动台试验,验证了加固方式的可行性与有效性。

Study on reinforcement method and seismic performance of farm house with brick-wood structure reinforced by inner steel frame

Abstract: At present, there are still a large number of brick-wood structure in rural areas of China. Most of the old farm houses built in Beijing are single-storey buildings with sloping roofs, the rear longitudinal walls are solid walls. Portals and window openings of the front longitudinal walls are too large. The structural mortar strength is low, and there is lack of basic seismic structural measures such as ring beams and structural columns. When there is a large earthquake, the house is very easy to collapse as a whole. In view of the structural characteristics of the existing farm houses in Beijing in the above-mentioned, the strengthening technology of steel frame as the main part and steel strip as the auxiliary part was put forward. Taking the single-storey farm house with two-bay sloping roof as the research object, the continuum finite element model was established, and the modal analysis, elastic-plastic time history analysis and tensile damage analysis were carried out to explore the seismic performance changes before and after reinforcement. After reinforcement, the overall rigidity of the structure increases, the displacement response decreases, and the damage degree of the wall was significantly reduced. A 1/4 similar ratio shaking table model reinforced by internal steel frame and steel plate belt was made, and the shaking table test was carried out, which verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the reinforcement method.
