角件旋转式模块单元连接节点抗拉性能研究*

[摘要]针对角件旋转式模块单元连接节点,对2个试件进行了静力拉伸试验,研究了角件旋转式模块单元连接节点中角件及旋转件在节点受拉时的受力特性,及下角件顶板厚度对于节点抗拉承载力的影响。通过ABAQUS有限元软件建立节点抗拉模型,将有限元分析结果与试验数据进行对比,证明有限元分析的有效性,并通过参数化分析得到下角件顶板厚度对于节点抗拉承载力的影响。结果表明:角件旋转式模块单元连接节点具有较好的承载力和延性;影响节点承载力的重要因素是下角件顶板厚度,增加下角件顶板厚度有利于提高节点屈服承载力。

Study on the tensile behavior of rotary inter-module connection joint

Abstract: The static tensile test of two specimens was carried out for the rotary inter-module connection joint. The force characteristics of the corner piece and the rotating piece in the rotary inter-module connection joint, and the influence of the thickness of the lower corner piece on the tensile capacity of the joint were studied. The ABAQUS finite element software was used to establish the tensile model of the joint. The finite element analysis results were compared with the experimental data to prove the validity of the finite element analysis. The effect of the top plate thickness of the lower corner piece on the tensile capacity of the joint was obtained by parametric analysis. The results show that the rotary inter-module connection joint has good bearing capacity and ductility; the important factor affecting the bearing capacity of the joint is the top plate thickness of the lower corner piece, and increasing the thickness of the top plate of the lower corner piece is beneficial to improve the yield bearing capacity of the joint.
