[摘要]以往钢结构防火设计更多的是从建筑层面的防火构造措施来解决。结合对《建筑钢结构防火技术规范》(GB 51249—2017)的理解,由理论切入,到紧密契合防火规范和软件应用,全方位地介绍了建筑钢结构防火分析与设计的实现方法。首先从结构层面阐述了钢结构防火设计的三种方法,其次介绍了钢结构防火设计在midas Gen中的实现流程,结合规范对综合辐射率、等效热传导系数、等效热阻、保护层厚度等重要防火参数的应用进行了解析。同时,也提出了软件中考虑火灾下钢构件热膨胀力的解决方案。最后分享了利用软件的施工分析功能模拟结构在火灾发展过程中各个时刻的受力性能响应。

Code understanding and software application for fire protection design of steel structures in buildings

Abstract: In the past, the fire protection design of steel structures was more solved from the fire protection structure measures at the building level. Combining the understanding of the "Code for fire safety of steel structures in buildings" (GB 51249—2017), from theoretical breakthroughs to close compliance with fire protection codes and software applications, the implementation method of fire protection analysis and design of steel structures building was introduced in an all-round way. Firstly, the three methods of steel structure fire protection design were explained from the structural level, and then the realization process of steel structure fire protection design in midas Gen was introduced. Combined with the specifications, the application of important fire protection parameters was analyzed including the comprehensive emissivity, equivalent thermal conductivity, equivalent thermal resistance and protective layer thickness. At the same time, a software solution to consider the thermal expansion force of steel components under fire was also proposed. Finally, the use of the software’s construction analysis function was introduced to simulate the mechanical performance response of the structure at various moments in the fire development process.
