珠西金融中心结构设计中的关键技术研究

[摘要]珠西金融中心1#综合楼结构总高度为336m,地上70层,地下3层,因核心筒截面尺寸限制,建筑单向体型收进较大,此外还存在地基承载力偏低以及沿海风压较大等设计难点,采用了一种新的带加强层的钢管柱框架-排钢管钢板混凝土剪力墙核心筒结构体系。重点介绍了新型的排钢管钢板混凝土剪力墙截面构造形式及与墙、梁、板的连接节点,超高层基础设计及沉降控制,环形加强带设计,关键节点(钢筋混凝土梁-钢管柱连接节点以及分叉柱节点)的设计。计算结果表明,关键节点符合规范及安全性验算的要求。

Research on key technology of structural design of Zhuxi Financial Center

Abstract: The 1# comprehensive building of Zhuxi Financial Center has a total height of 336 meters, 70 floors above ground and 3 floors underground. Due to the limitation of the cross-sectional size of the core walls, the building has a large one-way body shape, In addition, there are design difficulties such as low foundation bearing capacity and high coastal wind pressure. A new core tube structure system with strengthened story, the steel tube column frame-row steel tube steel plate concrete shear wall was adopted. The new row steel tube steel plate concrete shear wall construction shape and the connection joints with wall, beam and slab, super high-rise foundation design and settlement control, annular strengthened belt design, and the design of key joints(reinforced concrete beam-steel tube column connection joint and bifurcation column joint)were mainly introduced. The calculation results show that the key nodes meet the requirements of the specification and safety check calculations.
