轻型装配式模块化负压病房施工及气密性检测研究

[摘要]为有效应对新型冠状病毒,需建立轻型装配式模块化负压病房。对该负压病房的结构选型和设计进行对比分析,得出最佳病房结构和建设方案。详细介绍了该负压病房安装过程和密封要点。通过设备调试对病房进行全面的气密性检测,得出了影响病房负压值因素,即设备、阻抗、建筑缝隙,并分别给出相应的整改措施。最终测试结果显示,各梯段、各部位的实际负压值均一定程度上大于该位置的设计负压值,满足最小负压差的要求,该病房满足使用功能要求。

Research on construction and air-tightness detect of lightweight assembly modular negative pressure ward

Abstract:In order to effectively deal with Novel Coronavirus COVID\|19, it is necessary to build a light weight assembly modular negative pressure ward. The structural selection and design of the negative pressure ward were compared and analyzed, and the best ward structure and construction plan were obtained. The installation process and sealing points of the negative pressure ward were introduced in detail. The overall air\|tightness detect of the ward was carried out through equipment debugging, and the factors affecting the negative pressure value of the ward were obtained, namely equipment, impedance and building gaps, and corresponding rectification measures were given respectively. The final test results show that the actual negative pressure value of each step and each part is greater than the design negative pressure value of the position to a certain extent, meeting the requirements of the minimum negative pressure difference, and the ward meets the functional requirements.
