装配整体式混凝土结构套筒灌浆质量检测与缺陷整治的研究进展*

[摘要]套筒灌浆连接是其竖向预制构件最重要的连接方式,也是保证装配整体式混凝土结构性能达到等同现浇的关键,需对其灌浆质量进行严格管控。国内外学者提出了许多针对套筒灌浆的质量检测和整治技术。首先对各类套筒灌浆质量检测方法的原理、特点与应用现状进行了概括,并在综合有效性、适用性和经济性的基础上对各类方法进行了比较与优选。对于套筒灌浆事中检测和质量控制,建议采用预埋传感器法;对于套筒灌浆事后检测,建议采用钻孔内窥镜法,必要时可采用X射线数字成像法或预埋钢丝拉拔法进行补充校核。然后,对套筒灌浆缺陷的评估与整治研究现状进行了总结。对于检测后存在套筒灌浆缺陷的结构,可采用补灌法恢复其结构性能。最后,对后续研究与工程应用进行了展望。

Research progress of quality detection and defect repair for sleeve grouting in assembled monolithic concrete structure

Abstract:The grouted sleeve connectors are the most important method for connection of vertical prefabricated components, which is the key to ensure the performance of assembled monolithic concrete structure to be equal to cast-in-situ structure. The grouting quality should be strictly controlled. A number of quality detection and repair techniques for sleeve grouting have been proposed by domestic and foreign scholars. Firstly, the principles, characteristics and application status about all the detection methods were summarized. Then the comparison and selection of all the methods were made based on combination of effectiveness, applicability and cost. In grouting process, it is recommended to use the embedded sensor method to detect the defect. After the grouting is completed, it is recommended to use the hole-drilling method combined with endoscopy to detect the defect. If necessary, additional check can be performed by X-ray digital radiography method or embedded steel wire drawing method. Then, the research status of evaluation and repair for sleeve grouting defects were summarized. For structures with sleeve grouting defects after detection, the structure performance can be restored by supplementary grouting. Finally, the future research direction and engineering application were prospected.
