钢肋预应力混凝土叠合板试验研究与数值模拟*

[摘要]钢肋预应力混凝土叠合板(PCCSSR)是一种新型的叠合楼板,由预制混凝土底板、钢腹板和混凝土上翼缘组成,具有抗弯刚度大、承载力和生产效率高的特点。基于PCCSSR的抗弯试验,对PCCSSR在弹性阶段的抗弯性能进行了数值模拟分析,并得到了PCCSSR的开裂荷载和荷载-跨中挠度曲线。结果表明,PCCSSR在施工期间具有足够的抗弯承载力和刚度,满足规范的要求;增加混凝土上翼缘的厚度可以明显提高PCCSSR的抗弯性能,合理的钢腹板开孔尺寸及间距和混凝土上翼缘局部削弱深度对PCCSSR的抗弯性能影响不大。同时,采用MATLAB得到了PCCSSR最为经济且力学性能优异的截面形式。对PCCSSR的制作、安装中存在的问题进行了分析,并给出了相应的解决方案。

Experimental study and numerical simulation on prestressed concrete composite slab with steel ribs

Abstract:Prestressed concrete composite slab with steel ribs(PCCSSR) is a new type of composite slab, which has the characteristics of large bending stiffness, high bearing capacity and high production efficiency. PCCSSR is composed of prestressed concrete bottom plate, steel web and concrete upper flange. Based on the bending test of PCCSSR, the flexural performance of PCCSSR in elastic stage was numerically simulated, and the cracking load and load-mid-span deflection curve of PCCSSR were obtained. The results show that PCCSSR has sufficient flexural capacity and stiffness during construction to meet the requirements of specifications; increasing the thickness of concrete upper flange can significantly improve the flexural performance of PCCSSR, and reasonable opening size and spacing of steel webs and local weakening depth of concrete upper flange have little effect on the flexural performance of PCCSSR. At the same time, the section form of PCCSSR which is the most economical and has excellent mechanical properties was obtained by using the  MATLAB. The problems in the manufacture and installation of PCCSSR were analyzed, and the corresponding solutions were given.
