不同构造对装配式钢管再生混凝土框架节点抗震性能的影响研究*

[摘要]提出了双L形带加劲肋节点,该节点由焊接在钢管柱上的双L形带加劲肋组件、节点区域钢管及双L形带加劲肋组件上的梁段区域构成。为研究所提出节点的抗震性能,进行了双L形带加劲肋节点、双L形无加劲肋节点、直板连接型节点、焊接型节点的低周反复荷载试验,分析比较了不同节点的破坏特征、承载力、滞回特性、延性、刚度退化、耗能能力。结果表明:不同构造对装配式钢管再生混凝土框架节点抗震性能影响较大。焊接型节点承载力和延性较差,直板连接型节点中双直板连接型节点抗震性能优于三直板连接型节点。双L形带加劲肋节点的承载力、刚度及耗能能力显著提高。双L形强化加劲肋节点构造简单,三角加劲肋高度的增加提高了该节点的抗震性能。

Influence research on seismic performance of assembly recycled  CFST frames joints with different constructions

Abstract:A double L-shaped joint (DLJ) with stiffener was proposed. The joint was composed of a double L-shaped with stiffener assembly welded to a steel pipe column, a steel pipe in the joint area, and a beam section area on the double L-shaped with stiffener assembly. To study the seismic performance of DLJ with stiffener, the low cycle repeated load test of DLJ with stiffener, DLJ without stiffener, straight plate connection joint and welded joint were carried out. The failure characteristic, load bearing capacity, hysteretic property, ductility, stiffness degradation and energy dissipation of different joints were analyzed and compared. The results show that the different constructions of joints have a great influence on the seismic performance of the assembly recycled concrete-filled steel tube (CFST) frames joints.The bearing capacity and ductility of welded joint are poor. The seismic performance of double-straight-plate connection joint in straight plate joint is better than that of three-straight-plate connection joint. The bearing capacity,stiffness and energy dissipation capacity of the DLJ with stiffener are significantly improved.The DLJ with enhanced stiffener has simple structure and the increase in the height of the triangular stiffener improves the seismic performance of the joint.
