装配式钢-混凝土组合结构抗剪性能试验研究

[摘要]为研究一种新型的预制混凝土板与型钢组合的装配式钢-混凝土组合结构的抗剪性能,开展了4组12个试件(3个整体式现浇钢-混凝土组合结构试件,9个装配式钢-混凝土组合结构试件)的推出试验,分析了该组合结构的破坏形态、荷载-滑移曲线及极限受剪承载力。结果表明,整体式现浇钢-混凝土组合结构试件的破坏形态为栓钉剪断;而装配式钢-混凝土组合结构试件表现为局部的栓钉剪断和混凝土剪切破坏,装配式现浇钢-混凝土组合结构试件极限滑移较整体式现浇钢-混凝土组合结构试件增加1倍,延性得到明显改善;装配式钢-混凝土组合结构试件极限受剪承载力约为整体式现浇钢-混凝土组合结构试件的80%,并满足规范要求;新旧混凝土结合面进行粗糙处理后,装配式钢-混凝土组合结构试件极限受剪承载力提高5%,抗剪钢筋直径由14mm增加为20mm时,装配式钢-混组合结构试件极限受剪承载力提高10%。

Experimental study on shear performance of assembled steel-concrete composite structures

Abstract:In order to study on shear performance of a new type assembled steel-concrete composite structures which consists of precast concrete slab and formed steel, the push-out tests of 4 groups of 12 specimens (3 integral cast-in-situ steel-concrete composite structure specimens, 9 assembled steel-concrete composite structure specimens) were carried out. The failure mode, load-slip curve and ultimate shear capacity of the composite structure were analyzed. The results show that the failure mode of the integral cast-in-situ steel-concrete composite structure specimen is stud shear; while the assembled steel-concrete composite structure specimen shows local stud shear and concrete shear failure. Compared with the integral cast-in-situ steel-concrete composite structure specimen, the ultimate slip of assembled steel-concrete composite structure specimen is doubled and its ductility is significantly improved. The ultimate shear capacity of assembled steel-concrete composite structure specimen can reach 80% of that of the integral cast-in-situ composite structure specimen and meet the requirements of the code. After the interface between the new and old concrete is roughened, the ultimate shear capacity of assembled steel-concrete composite structure specimen is increased by 5%, and the ultimate shear capacity of assembled steel-concrete composite structure specimen is increased by 10% when the diameter of the shear reinforcement is increased from 14mm to 20mm.
