复合墙嵌入深度对装配式轻钢框架-复合墙结构抗震性能的影响*

[摘要]为研究XPS夹心保温复合墙在装配式轻钢框架内的嵌入深度对结构抗震性能的影响,设计了3个足尺试件,包括两个XPS夹心保温复合墙嵌入深度分别为150,60mm的试件和1个空框架试件。通过低周反复荷载试验,分析了装配式轻钢框架-XPS夹心保温复合墙结构的损伤演化过程、滞回曲线、骨架曲线、承载力与变形、承载力退化、刚度退化、耗能能力和应变特征。结果表明:装配式轻钢框架-XPS夹心保温复合墙结构有效破坏位移大于位移角为1%对应的位移,结构变形满足实际工程抗震设计的弹塑性位移角要求;复合墙嵌入轻钢框架内的深度对装配式轻钢框架-XPS夹心保温复合墙结构性能有显著影响,不同嵌入深度下结构承载能力及变形能力显著不同;随着复合墙板嵌入深度的增加,试件的承载力、变形能力、耗能能力等抗震性能有显著提高。

Influence of installation depth of composite wall on seismic performance of assembly light steel frame-composite wall structures

Abstract:In order to investigate the influence of installation depth of the XPS sandwich insulation composite wall inside the assembly light steel frame on seismic performance of the structures, three full size specimens were designed. Two specimens with XPS sandwich insulation composite walls which installation depth in the frames were respectively 150mm and 60mm, and the last specimen were bare frame without wall. The low cycle repeated load tests were conducted. The damage evolution process, hysteresis curve, skeleton curve, bearing capacity and deformation, bearing capacity degradation, stiffness degradation, energy dissipation capacity and strain characteristics of the assembly light steel frame-XPS sandwich insulation composite wall structure were analyzed. The results indicate that the effective failure displacement of the assembly light steel frame-XPS sandwich insulation composite wall structure is greater than the displacement corresponding to the displacement angle of 1%, and the structural deformation meets the elastoplastic displacement angle requirements of the actual engineering seismic design. The effect of installation depth of composite wall in light steel  frame was significantly to the structural performance of assembly light steel frame-XPS sandwich insulation composite wall, which bearing capacity and deformation capacity are significantly different under different installation depth of composite wall. With the increasing of the installation depth of composite wall, seismic behavior such as bearing capacity, deformation capacity, energy dissipation capacity of each specimens et al. have significantly improvement.
