建筑地下结构渗漏原因与控制措施分析*

[摘要]建筑地下结构防水问题是影响整个建筑物结构安全及耐久性的重要因素,因此对地下混凝土结构防水质量问题进行了归纳。以实际工程为依托,对该建筑地下结构施工过程中出现的渗漏事故进行了现场调查,分析事故原因是该工程设计不满足规范要求,外加地下室施工期间降水不到位,上覆土层回填不及时,局部抗浮不满足底板强度从而导致开裂,造成地下水从施工缝、后浇带、结构裂缝处渗出。后期采用注浆法对渗透部位进行了处理,渗漏问题得到了明显改善,但尚需对地下室结构进行进一步加固补强。

Analysis of leakage causes and control measures of building underground structures

Abstract:The waterproof problem of building underground structure is an important factor that affects the safety and durability of the whole building structure. Therefore, the waterproof quality  problem of underground concrete structure was summarized. Based on the actual project, an on-site investigation of the leakage accident that occurred during the construction of the building underground structure  was conducted. The cause of the accident is that the design of the project does not meet the requirements of the specification, and the precipitation during the construction of the basement is not in place, and the overlying soil is not backfilled in time. The local anti-floating does not meet the strength of the bottom plate, which leads to cracking, causing groundwater to seep from the construction joints, post-pouring belts, and structural cracks. In the later stage, grouting was used to treat the infiltration area, and the leakage problem was significantly improved, but the basement structure still needs to be further reinforced.
