新型榫卯钢结构梁柱边节点承载力试验及有限元分析*

摘 要

[摘要]提出了一种方钢管混凝土柱与外包U形钢混凝土组合梁的梁柱边节点连接形式,即新型榫卯钢结构梁柱边节点。为研究该节点的承载能力以及破坏模式,开展了2个边节点的单调静力承载试验。试验使用几何可变框架进行柱端加载,并利用ABAQUS有限元软件对试件进行分析。结果表明:各个试件的破坏主要集中于贯穿槽钢与钢管柱的焊缝,该类组合节点具有较高的承载能力和延性;有限元理论分析与试验结果吻合良好,验证了理论分析的正确性。

Bearing capacity test and finite element analysis of beam-column edge joints of  new tenon-mortise steel structure

Abstract:A new type of beam-column edge joint between concrete-filled square steel column and composite concrete-filled U-shaped steel beam was proposed, which was called beam-column edge joint of new tenon-mortise steel structure. In order to study the bearing capacity and failure mode of the  joints, bearing capacity test with monotonic static of two edge joints were carried out. In the experiment, the geometrically variable frame was used to carry out the test loading at the top of the column, and ABAQUS finite element software was used to analyze the specimen. The results show that the failure of the specimens is mainly concentrated in the welds between the channel steel and the steel pipe column, and the composite joints have high bearing capacity and ductility. The results of finite element analysis are in good agreement with the experimental results, which verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
