某大高宽比扇形平面标志塔结构设计*

[摘要]某标志塔地上26层,主体高89.5m,高宽比为11.25,平面呈不规则的扇形,除顶部4层采用钢筋混凝土框架结构外,其余楼层采用钢筋混凝土剪力墙结构。该工程存在扭转不规则、竖向结构体系变化和高宽比过大等问题。针对问题采取的措施为:在墙肢端部设置翼缘,增大了抗扭刚度;结合电子广告牌对结构刚度要求较高、但该塔平时无人使用和工作的特点,按剪力墙结构和框架结构的限值分别控制层间位移角;对结构进行抗震性能设计,保证了结构底部加强区满足中震抗剪弹性和抗弯不屈服的要求;进行了大震弹塑性时程分析,验证了结构能够达到“大震不倒”的设防目标;针对高宽比过大引起的地基零应力区过大的问题,采用了桩筏联合基础,提高了结构的抗倾覆能力。上述措施较为经济合理。

Structural design of a fan-shaped landmark tower with large height-width ratio

Abstract:The height of a landmark tower which has 26 floors is 89.5m with height-width ratio of 11.25. The plane is an irregularity sector. The structure of top 4 floors adopts the reinforced concrete frame structure, and the structure of the rest of the floors adopts the reinforced concrete shear wall structure. The project has problems such as irregular torsion, vertical structural system changes and excessive height-width ratio. To solve these problems, measures taken can be seen as follows.  The flange was set at the end of the shear wall limb to increase the torsional rigidity. According to the characteristics of electronic billboards that required higher structural stiffness, but the tower was not used and works at ordinary times, the inter-story displacement angle was controlled according to the limit value of shear wall structure and frame structure.  The seismic performance design of the structure was carried out to verify that the reinforced area at the bottom of the structure met the requirements of shear elasticity and bending resistance under fortification earthquake.  Then the elastic-plastic time history analysis were carried out to verify that the structure meets the requirement of “no collapse under rare earthquake”. Aiming at the problem of too large zero-stress area of the foundation caused by the excessive height-width ratio, the pile raft foundation was adopted to improve the anti-overturning ability of the structure. The above measures were relatively economical and reasonable.
