[摘要]海南移动指挥调度中心一期工程高层塔楼部分为四角渐变过渡的造型独特的高层建筑,其高宽比较大,且其角柱与常规意义上的角柱有很大的区别。为了抵御该地区高烈度地震及高风压的作用,设计提出了钢框架+钢支撑+钢筋混凝土核心筒的混合结构体系,其中柱采用了圆钢管混凝土的构件形式。通过角部的渐变斜柱以及钢支撑,对结构的侧向刚度较弱的短边方向(Y向)进行了刚度补偿。此外,提出了基于位移等效准则的关于节点性能的精细化分析方法,并用该方法对通过长牛腿支托的交叉钢管混凝土节点的力学性能进行了分析,保证了结构在整体意义上的安全可靠。结果表明,该结构形式及节点构造能够满足安全性的要求,主要节点性能化分析的微观结果也与整体计算的宏观结果相匹配。

Performance analysis on structure and joints of a complex high-rise mixed structure

Abstract:The first phase tower of China-Mobile (Hainan) mansion is a unique high-rise building with four spiral gradient corners and a great aspect ratio. The corner columns of the tower are different from ordinary ones. To resist the regional high seismic intensity and high wind pressure, a mixed system composed of steel frame and braces, RC tube was proposed in design. All columns were made of concrete filled circular steel tube. Due to its weak lateral stiffness in the short side direction (direction Y ) , the structure was strengthened by steel brace and inclined columns. In addition, based on the displacement equivalent criterion, a refined method was proposed for joint performance analysis. This method was used to analyze the mechanical performance of the cross concrete-filled steel tube joints supported by long corbels, so as to ensure the overall safety and reliability of structure. The results show that the structural system and connection can meet the safety requirements, and the microscopic results of the performance analysis of the main connections are consistent with the macroscopic results of the overall calculation.
