深圳太子广场项目结构体系设计与应用

[摘要]针对深圳太子广场项目框架柱大量不连续的特点,在框架-核心筒体系的基础上提出了一种新型的结构体系,即下部框架-核心筒、上部桁架托换核心筒体系。论述了该体系结构设计的选型过程以及关键技术,分析了转换悬挑桁架、环桁架等关键部位的受力特性,并且针对该体系的受力特点采取了有针对性的加强措施。经过理论分析和工程实践证明,合理设计下,此体系具有较好的抗震性能,可为超高层建筑结构体系选择提供一种新的方案。

Design and application of structural system of Shenzhen Prince Square Project

Abstract:In view of the large number of discontinuities in the frame columns of Shenzhen Prince Square Project, a new type of structural system was proposed based on the frame-corewall system, that is, the lower frame-corewall and the upper truss underpinning the corewall system. The structural system selection process and key technologies of the structural design of the system were discussed, and the mechanical characteristics of key parts such as the converted cantilever truss and ring truss were analyzed, and targeted strengthening measures were taken for the mechanical characteristics of the system. After theoretical analysis and engineering practice, it is proved that under reasonable design, this system has good seismic performance and can provide a new scheme for the structural system selection of the super high-rise building.
