某大跨单层网格钢结构稳定性研究

【提要】  东方艺术中心玻璃幕墙单层网格钢结构支撑体系由形似花瓣的5个独立的椭球形单层网格杆系(立柱、横杆、支撑及索网)结构组成,此网格结构作为墙体垂直放置,比较特殊。对该结构进行线性稳定、无初始缺陷结构非线性稳定和有初始缺陷结构非线性稳定分析。竖向放置的网格钢结构的失稳模态为结构中下部压溃失,风向对稳定极限荷载有影响。宜采用弹塑性极限荷载来评价结构,同时考虑初始缺陷的影响。

Abstract:The stability behavior of a large scale singlelayer reticulated curtainwall structure used in east art center of Shanghai is analysed.The curtainwall structure is composed of five vertical ellipsoid grid shells.ANSYS is used to analyse the the stability behavior.The linear buckling,geometrical nonlinear buckling of the perfect and imperfect structure and elastoplastic buckling are analysed and compared.The compression bucking in the centre portion and below it is the bucking mode of the vertical reticulated curtainwall structure.The wind angle has influence on limit load.The elastoplastic limit load should be chosen to evaluate the structure and the initial flaw should be taken into account.
