黏弹性阻尼器增强传统木结构半榫节点试验研究*

[摘要]为研究传统木结构半榫节点在改变木材种类、改变榫头宽度以及是否安装黏弹性阻尼器情况下的耗能能力,用松木和杉木制作了12个不同榫头宽度的半榫节点试件(6个未安装黏弹性阻尼器的节点试件和6个安装黏弹性阻尼器的节点试件),进行低周反复加载试验,并将6个未安装新型阻尼器的节点试件的试验结果与6个安装黏弹性阻尼器的节点试件的试验结果进行对比分析。研究结果表明:各半榫节点滞回曲线均呈反“Z”形,且捏缩效应明显,其中宽松节点滞回曲线产生较大的滑移;榫头宽度对半榫节点的骨架曲线斜率有较大影响,且增强后半榫节点推迟进入屈服阶段;紧密节点初始刚度最大,随加载的继续,各节点刚度下降后趋于平稳,增强后节点负向加载时刚度显著提高;安装黏弹性阻尼器的节点榫头拔榫量减小,同时节点的刚度、承载力和耗能能力得到有效增强。

Experimental study on half mortise-tenon joints with viscoelastic dampers reinforced in traditional timber structure

Abstract:In order to study the energy dissipation capacity of the traditional timber structure half mortise-tenon joints under the condition of changing the wood type, changing the width of the mortise and with or without viscoelastic dampers, twelve half mortise-tenon joint specimens with different mortise widths (6 joint specimens without viscoelastic dampers and 6 joint specimens with viscoelastic dampers) were made from pine and Chinese fir, and the low-cycle repeated loading test was carried out. The test results of 6 joint specimens without viscoelastic dampers were compared with the test results of 6 joint specimens with viscoelastic dampers. The results show that the hysteresis curves of each mortise-tenon joint is inverse Z-shape, the rheostriction is obvious, the hysteresis curve of loose joints have larger slip; the width of the mortise has a great influence on the slope of the skeleton curve of the half mortise-tenon joint, and the enhanced half mortise-tenon joint delays to enter the yield stage. The initial stiffness of the mortise-tenon joints that extrusion between mortise and tenon is the largest, and as the loading continues, the stiffness of each joint decreases and then tends to stabilize, and the stiffness of enhanced mortise-tenon joints is significantly improved when negative loaded. The amount of mortise-tenon-out of the joints with viscoelastic dampers is reduced, and the stiffness, bearing capacity and energy dissipation capacity of the joints are effectively enhanced.
