现浇混凝土空心楼盖施工质量检测与分析*

[摘要]针对空心楼盖的内部构造特点,提出了以天线频率为1 500MHz的雷达检测薄板及分析方法,该方法能较准确地确定空心楼盖下翼缘薄板因振捣不充分而导致的不密实区的位置及延伸范围,可供类似工程采用。检测结果表明,空心楼盖因芯模阻挡,极易造成下翼缘薄板不密实、空腔等严重的混凝土施工质量问题,现场施工时应严格监管施工过程。同时,有限元分析结果表明,这种下翼缘薄板不密实和空腔等施工质量问题将显著增加结构变形和应力,严重影响结构的受力性能,亟需进行加固处理以确保结构安全。

Construction quality inspection and analysis of cast-in-situ concrete hollow floor

Abstract:Aiming at the internal structural characteristics of the hollow floor, a radar detection and analysis method for the thin slab with an antenna frequency of 1 500MHz was proposed. This method can more accurately determine the uncompacted location and extension of the lower flange thin slab of the hollow floor caused by the inadequate vibration, and it can be used in similar projects. The test results show that the hollow floor is blocked by mandrels, it is easily lead to serious concrete construction quality problems such as uncompacted area and cavity of the lower flange thin slab. So construction progress should be strictly supervised on the site of construction. At the same time, the finite element analysis results show that the construction quality problem such as uncompacted area and cavity of the lower flange thin slab will significantly increase the deformation and stress of the structure, and have seriously negative effect on the mechanical properties of the structure. Therefore, reinforcement treatment is urgently needed to ensure the safety of the structure.
