[摘要]某单层既有砖混结构厂房因使用功能的变化,需在原有建筑上再建一层,在对加层后厂房抗震验算中发现,该厂房局部墙柱及横墙承载力不足。为了使加层后厂房在满足现行规范的前提下改造工程量最小,通过方案优化比较,决定在原结构的基础上,采用增大墙柱截面、降低层高及控制墙体高厚比、新增圈梁等措施来提升加层后厂房整体抗震性能。通过PKPM及SAP2000有限元软件进行整体分析,得出加层后厂房在多遇及罕遇地震下的抗震性能良好,能满足现行规范相关要求;最后对此类空旷砖混厂房加层改造设计中出现的难点问题进行分析、总结,供同类工程参考。

Analysis of additional floor and reinforcement design of a spacious single-story brick-concrete factory

Abstract:A single-storey existing brick-concrete factory needs another layer on top of the existing building due to the change of use function. During the seismic check of the retrofitted factory, it was found that the partial wall columns and cross walls of the factory had insufficient bearing capacity. In order to minimize the amount of renovation works in the retrofitted factory, under the premise of meeting the current code, through the scheme optimization comparison, it was decided to improve the overall seismic performance of the retrofitted factory by increasing the wall column section, lowering the floor height and controlling the wall height-to-thickness ratio, adding new ring beams and other measures on the basis of the original structure. The overall analysis was carried out by PKPM and SAP2000 finite element software, and it was concluded that the seismic performance of the retrofitted factory under frequent and rare earthquakes was good and could meet the relevant requirements of the current code. Finally, the issues and difficulties of such spacious single-storey brick-concrete factory reconstruction were analyzed and summarized, in order to provide references for future similar project.
